Conference Registration
Fees exclude goods & services tax (GST).
For foreign delegates GST is zero rated i.e. they do not have to pay GST.

The registration fees include daily coffee/tea and lunch on conference days and conference reception.

Payment Information
Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars SGD by by China UnionPay (中国银联) MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card. All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees. If you pay by wire transfer, an admin Fee at SGD85/USD60 per transaction is applicable.

All Registrations must be accompanied by FULL payment and must be received no later than 2 weeks after completing your registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Please send cancellation requests including the registrant’s name and the invoice number by email to intermag2018@meetmatt.net

Cancellations received before Friday, March 30th 2018, 09:00 a.m. (GMT) will be refunded less a SGD80 service fee. Later cancellations will not be refunded.

Badge Policy
All Conference attendees are required to wear the official INTERMAG 2018 Conference name badge to enter the Technical Sessions, Exhibits and the Reception.

Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy
Attendees are not permitted to take pictures of speaker slides or posters, or to make video recordings of presentations. Furthermore, attendees are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones before entering the session rooms.
