Online registration opens from 31 March to 6 July 2016

IMPORTANT NOTES TO ALL AUTHORS/PRESENTERS

  1. Authors/Presenters (Including Invited Speakers) need pay fees by 31 May 2016
  2. Late payment may result in the paper/presentation not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference
  3. Each paid registration will be allocated ONE Presentation
  4. Fees must be received in Singapore Dollars only
  5. Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment
  6. If circumstances prevent you from completing registration and fee payment by 31 May 2016, you may request for written permission from the Symposium Chair to extend the payment deadline or be allowed to make payment onsite. Do note, however, that current/higher fee rates will apply and that not every request can be acceded to.

1.0 How to Register, Pay, View and Download Invoice and Receipt

1.1 Create a new registration by providing the email, first and last name.
1.2 Press “Continue” to access and fill up the registration form.
1.3 Once the above is completed, a Registration ID and Verification Code will be assigned. Invoice and payment instructions can be viewed online.

1.5 A receipt can only be issued after payment is cleared. To view/print a copy
Click on “Meeting Registration”, in the “Fees & Payment Section” Click “Invoice &/or Receipt”
1.6 Online portal closes on 07 July 2016. After 06 July 2016, registration and fee payment can only be done onsite
1.7 Admission to conference is on condition that all fees owing to the conference (including fees for late registration) have been paid onsite at the registration desk. Terms: Cash Only in Singapore Dollars.

Only cash payment in Singapore Dollars can be accepted for onsite registration.

3.0 Each Paid Registration Fee Covers ONE Paper/Presentation Only and Includes

3.1 For Full Registration
a) Program Book
b) Welcome Reception, Daily Coffee/Tea Breaks and Lunch Buffet
c) Complimentary Ticket for ONE Person to attend the conference banquet.

3.2 For Student Registration
a) Program Book
b) Welcome Reception, Daily Coffee/Tea Breaks and Lunch Buffet
c) Conference Banquet Ticket is not included for Student Registration

3.3 Each (additional) conference banquet ticket costs SGD100.

4.0 Student Registration

4.1 If selecting this option, you must upload the proof of student status
This can be in the form of a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card. Without the proof of student status, payment at student rates cannot be accepted

4.2 The student proof must be in English and should contain at least the following:
a) Student Name
b) Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
c) Expiration date or Expected Graduation Date (this has to be after the conference ends)
d) University Name

5.0 Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

5.1 Authors/Presenters need to register and pay fees by 31 May 2016 in order to have their Abstracts included in the conference program and any other publications produced for distribution at the conference.

5.2 There will be no refund for withdrawal/cancellation notice received after 15 June 2016. For notice received before 15 June 2016, an administration fee of SGD120 will apply

6.0 Payment Methods – Choose ONE Only
ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE TO “Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd”

6.1 By Credit Card – VISA / MasterCard / AMEX/ China UnionPay (中国银联) only. The last day for processing payment by credit cards is 13 July 2016. After this date, please register and pay onsite at the conference.

6.2 By Demand Draft/Cashier’s Order/Telegraphic Transfer.
The last day for processing payment by this method is 15 Jun 2016 . An additional SGD80 administrative fee will be charged if you select this payment method. Please add the amount to your payment.
