1.1 Create a new registration by providing your email, first and last name.
Click here: URL to be provided
1.2 Press “Continue” to access and fill up the registration form.
1.3 A Registration ID and Verification Code will be assigned once the form is completed.
Invoice and payment instructions can be viewed online.
1.4 You can pay fees immediately (recommended) or later. However, do note that the early bird registration
ends on 31 October 2020.
1.5 A receipt can only be issued after payment is cleared.
To view/print a copy, click on “Meeting Registration”,
and in the “Fees & Payment Section” click “Invoice &/or Receipt”.
1.6 Online registration and payment portal will open until 06 December 2020. After 06 December 2020, registration and payment can only be done onsite.

3.1 A valid proof of student status is required for registration under student rate.
Please upload a softcopy of the proof of student status. This can be in the form of a letter issued by the school or a
scanned matriculation card.
3.2 The proof of student status shall contain at least the following:
• Student Name
• Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
• Expiration date or Expected Graduation Date (must be later than 16 December 2020)
• University Name
4.1 There will be no refund for withdrawal/cancellation notice received after 13 November 2020.
4.2 For notice received by 13 November 2020, an administration fee of SGD120 will be deducted.

5.1 By Credit Card – China UnionPay (中国银联) / VISA / MasterCard / AMEX Only
06 December 2020 will be the last day for processing payment by credit card.
After this date, please register and pay onsite at the conference

5.2 By Demand Draft/Cashier’s Order/Telegraphic Transfer
13 November 2020 will be the last day for processing payment by this method.

An additional SGD80 administrative fee will be charged for this payment method.
Please add SGD80 on top of your registration rate.
